We are excited to be part of Dubai World Trade Centre’s fitness program for the 3rd year running which launched this week.
Liaqa, which is Arabic for fitness, will run over 3 months and offer employees of all designations the chance to take part in a range of wellness initiatives to include the following; 4 fitness sessions a week, regular nutrition and body composition analysis consultations, monthly awareness seminars and regular competitions with prizes.
IGNITE corporate wellness will provide over 45 bootcamp classes to be held at Dubai Sports World as well as ‘Know Your Numbers’ monthly awareness seminars to help participants decipher their analysis results.
This is a fabulous initiative and one that is sure to engage and motivate staff which builds on Dubai’s credentials of becoming an active and healthy city.
