We started in Dubai in 2010 with one idea and a lot of energy that movement changes lives. What began as the UAE’s first outdoor fitness
programme has grown into one of the region’s most recognised active lifestyle brands. Water sports, team building, corporate wellness, kids
experiences and consultancy each one built around the belief that an active, connected life is a better life.

Our approach is holistic. We believe wellness is physical, mental and social and that the most powerful way to achieve it is together. We bring
people together through movement, build connections that last, and create experiences that people carry with them long after the session ends.
We operate across the UAE and are expanding into the wider GCC. But our purpose travels with us wherever we go.
