Set against the scenic backdrop of the idyllic Riva Beach Club, the event took place on October 12th, where we curated a day filled with engaging challenges and activities. Our main goal was to create an environment that promoted teamwork and built lasting bonds. And the result? A day filled with laughter, learning, and high spirits! Our endeavor is aimed not only at raising vital awareness about this cause but also at advocating wellness and unity. Axis Communications employees gathered at the Intercontinental Fujairah Resort  for an exhilarating team building event organized by IGNITE. The day began with a lively warm-up session to energize employees and set the stage for an action-packed day. Following the warm-up, participants were introduced to “The Grid,” a memory game designed to challenge their cognitive skills and foster collaboration among team members. With spirits high, employees moved on to a series of exciting team building activities. These challenges emphasized the importance of effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, pushing participants to think creatively and work together to achieve their goals. The event reached its climax with an awards ceremony, where the top three teams were recognized and celebrated for their outstanding performance throughout the day. This served as an opportunity for all participants to reflect on the valuable lessons learned and the bonds formed during the event. Deloitte employees gathered at Dubai Sports World for a unique team building event organized by IGNITE. The event focused on the ever-important topic of sustainability, aiming to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of environmental responsibility among participants.   The day kicked off with a series of fun and engaging team building activities designed to promote collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Employees were encouraged to work together in various challenges.   After a short break, the event transitioned into an exciting Mannequin Challenge, where participants were asked to create a tableau representing different aspects of sustainability. The challenge encouraged employees to think creatively about the ways in which they can contribute to a more sustainable future, both individually and as a team.   The team building event was a great success, with Deloitte employees leaving with a renewed commitment to sustainability and a stronger sense of camaraderie.

On June 9th, Friday, Dubai Holding’s team members gathered at the Al Habtoor Grand Resort for an unforgettable team building experience. The event focused on fostering camaraderie, encouraging a competitive spirit, and strengthening the bonds between team members. The Dubai Holding team engaged in various activities designed to promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Laughter and excitement filled the air, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere. We recently had an amazing time hosting the Adidas team for a wellness-focused day at IGNITE water sports.   Our water sports wellness package included beach yoga, ice plunge, and exhilarating water sports, ensuring the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement. The Adidas team bonded over shared experiences, laughter, and the invigorating power of the ocean. We made sure to keep the energy high and the team spirit even higher. It’s been 10 years of Walkers Beach Olympiad! This is the 10th year that we’ve been holding this team-building event for Walkers, and it’s been a great success. We’ve seen the team grow and evolve, and we’ve watched as they’ve come together to support one another, build camaraderie, and work towards a common goal. This year’s event was held at The Riva Beach Club, The Palm, and it was a total success. We had over 20 teams competing in different activities and they all seemed to have an amazing time doing it. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved over the past decade, and we can’t wait to see where this event will take us next.

We’re proud to share that we have been recognized by Bassmat Rashid Bin Saeed – Al Jalila Foundation for our IGNITE Pink is Punk Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. We started this campaign back in 2008, and has been a major part of our mission ever since. We are honored by the recognition we have received and look forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of breast cancer patients and survivors. We are proud of what we have achieved together, but this award isn’t just about us—it’s about all of you who have supported us along the way! It is with great pleasure that we announce that IGNITE Pink is Punk has raised 70,000 dirhams for Al Jalilah Foundation. This breast cancer awareness event was created to support women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, the treatment, and research to give hope to patients. We would also like to thank all our employees, who have worked tirelessly to make this campaign possible.
