What an amazing time we had at Shurooq’s team-building event last week in Sharjah! We put together a competitive group of people and, well… they were on fire. All in good fun, of course—but we’re pretty sure some of those teams were more than ready to go head-to-head against each other on the next one. It was so much fun to see everyone getting into it and showing off their skills. This was such a great opportunity for them to get together as a team and build some camaraderie, and we’re all looking forward to seeing the Shurooq team again this year.

We had a blast with the team at Booking.com last week! We were so excited to be able to help them out with a team building event where everyone could come together and have fun. Everyone seemed to have a great time, and we’re so glad we got to help them create memories together. It’s easy to get lost in the daily grind of work. IGNITE had a blast organizing a team building day for the Flow Test Equipment team. The event was held at The Riva Beach Club, and everyone had an amazing day. The goal of the event was to enhance collaboration within the company and encourage employees’ engagement with each other, both on a professional level and as friends. What a day! We had the pleasure of hosting a team building event for Sticky Ginger at The Riva Beach Club on the 16th of December, and it was an amazing day from start to finish. All of their employees had a blast, and we got to see them work together as a real team in a fun and relaxed environment. Everyone was able to have fun together, but also be productive at some level—we’re so happy that everyone felt like they were able to accomplish something while they were there. It was also great to see how much the employees enjoyed interacting with each other during the event. If you’ve ever been part of a team building event before, you know how important it is that everyone feels included and gets along well during such an activity. IGNITE recently organized a team building for Buhler. The event was a great success and IGNITE is proud to have been able to provide this experience for the employees of Buhler. The day was full of fun activities that helped the team bond and get to know each other on a deeper level. The team also had some time to reflect on how they could improve their work in the future, which is always a good thing! It’s not every day that you get to play in the sand, and it’s even less often that you get to do it with your coworkers. But that’s what happened recently when IGNITE organized a team building event for Talabat at the beach! It was an amazing opportunity to get to know each other better as well as explore Dubai in a new way. Jessica’s birthday party was the best. She wanted to spend the day with her friends playing water sports, and that’s exactly what we did! Dubai Customs needed a team building that would improve communication and collaboration, as well as establish a healthy work environment. IGNITE provided just that! The team at Dubai Customs was able to bond over a day of fun and games, giving them a chance to get to know each other on a more personal level. They also learned how to communicate more effectively as a group, which will help them work more efficiently in the future. The employees were thrilled with their newfound sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
